SSS Pension Calculator 2026
Estimate your monthly SSS retirement pension. See how much you'll receive based on your salary and years of contribution.
How SSS Pension is Computed
Your SSS monthly pension is the highest of three formulas:
- Formula 1: ₱300 + 20% of your AMSC + 2% of AMSC for each year of service beyond 10 years
- Formula 2: 40% of your AMSC
- Formula 3: ₱2,000 minimum (if you have 10+ years) or ₱1,000 (if less than 10 years)
AMSC (Average Monthly Salary Credit) is based on your actual SSS salary credits. The maximum MSC for 2026 is ₱35,000.
CYS (Credited Years of Service) = total monthly contributions ÷ 12. You need at least 120 contributions (10 years) for the regular retirement pension.
How to Maximise Your SSS Pension
- Contribute at the maximum MSC (₱35,000) whenever possible
- Keep contributing even during job gaps — voluntary SSS contributions maintain your CYS
- Delay retirement to age 65 if possible — 5 extra CYS significantly increases Formula 1
- Supplement with Pag-IBIG MP2 (7.10% tax-free dividends) for retirement gap
Disclaimer: This calculator provides estimates based on the SSS pension formula. Actual pension may differ based on your complete contribution history. AMSC is simplified as current MSC — your actual AMSC is the average of your best 60 months. Visit sss.gov.ph for the official calculator.
